Configuration

Packmatic machines can be equipped with different types of filling systems such as auger fillers, volumetric cup fillers and piston fillers that can fill products by volume; multihead weighers that provide accurate filling by weight and mass or magnetic inductive flow meters. Packmatic machine have two or more filling stations so they can use several fillers simultaneously to fill multicomponent products: 

- Sauces, mustard, mayonnaise, jam.

- Coffee, tea, nuts, drops.

- Groceries  

- Soup mixtures and powders

- Shampoos, creams, liquid soaps.

- Pet food.

Using such options as spout applicators or zipper welders our clients can significantly widen the range of Doy-pack and Sachet pouches.

The machines’ design keeps the amount of replaceable components to a minimum offering our clients an important advantage of making changeovers to different Doy-pack sizes less difficult and time-consuming.
