PACKMATIC A-160-CV is an automatic packing machine designed for packaging powders, granulated, liquid and viscous products into Doy-pack and Sachet pouches.
The model allows packaging up to 1,000 ml of product at the speed of 55 cycles per minute.
Depending on the product characteristics the machine can be equipped with different filling systems such as volumetric fillers, auger fillers, piston fillers or weighers.
This model has spout and zipper application options and allows making several versions of Doy-pack and Sachet pouches.
Pouches are formed out of polymer material rolls, filled, sealed and passed to the outbelt. The machine’s operation is 100% automatic and controlled by an industrial PLC with an HMI displaying information in several languages.
